JR’s dad still hops in a truck to help when things get busy, and JR is very thankful for the help. JR also loves to give back to the community and donates dumpsters every year to local fundraisers like the firehouse and the Boy Scouts. JR has his CDL license.
James Carter
Main Driver
With 45 years of commercial driving experience, James knows the waste management (refuse) industry inside and out. He calls ahead before deliveries, places dumpsters exactly where customers want them, and makes sure every load gets hauled to the right landfill or recycling center. He is known for his strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. When he’s not driving, James enjoys fishing and spending time with friends. James has his CDL license.
